Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
Perfect Edge Hair is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.
Our processing time for wig and extension cleaning is 3-5 business days. Once processing is complete, the shipping time is 4-7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and major holidays are not included.
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
All shipping occurs after the processing time, not immediately after you place your order.
For your security, all orders require a signature upon delivery and are covered with package insurance. Additionally, the address on your billing information must match your shipping address.
Typical lace glue that can be removed is acceptable.
Simply place your wig in a bag and ship it to us!
To ensure you receive your own wig, we document all hair upon opening the package. We will notify you of any issues we observe before starting work on your wig. This process helps us verify that we have the necessary resources for the service and ensures we are not held responsible for any pre-existing damage. Once the cleaning is complete, we will send you a photo of your wig for confirmation.
