WIG REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted.
- At this time cancellation in orders is NOT accepted. Once payment is made and order is placed there will be no changes.
- Perfect Edge Hair / @Perfectedgehair is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs.
- Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.
WIG MAINTENANCE REFUND POLICY
- Once the wig maintenance service has been completed, we do not offer refunds
- Unserviceable Items: If your wig or extensions cannot be serviced due to conditions such as excessive damage, mold, or being made of synthetic materials, we will return your items to you. In this case, you will receive a 70% refund of the original service fee.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted before the processing of your wig has begun. Once processing starts, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damage During Shipment: We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. All packages are insured, and any claims for damaged or lost items must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Customer Responsibility
- Pre-Existing Conditions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that wigs sent to us are free from excessive damage, mold, or synthetic materials. Items sent in these conditions will be returned unserviced, and a 70% refund of the original service fee will be issued.
- Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided, including billing and shipping addresses, is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
