At Perfect Edge Hair, we are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning and styling services for your wigs. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our terms of service below:
Service Scope
Cleaning and Styling Only: Our services include cleaning and styling of your wigs. Please note that we do not perform repairs or alterations. Any existing damage, such as holes, bald spots, overprocessing, etc. will remain unchanged upon return.
Before Sending Your Item
Condition Check: We recommend that you thoroughly inspect your wig or extension before sending it to us. Please document any pre-existing conditions, such as holes, bald spots, use of unsuitable adhesives, or other damage.
Items of Acceptance: At Perfect Edge Hair, we specialize in the care and maintenance of human hair wigs to ensure the highest quality results. Please note that we exclusively accept 100% human hair wigs and extensions for our cleaning and styling services. Unfortunately, we do not service synthetic wigs at this time. This focus allows us to provide the meticulous care and exceptional results our clients expect and deserve. Thank you for your understanding and for trusting us with your valuable human hair wigs.
Upon Receiving Your Item
Quality Assurance: We will conduct a detailed inspection upon receiving your wig to ensure it is cleaned and styled to the highest standards. Any pre-existing damage noted during our inspection will be documented and communicated to you.
Return Process
Cleaned and Styled Return: After your wig or extension has been cleaned and styled, it will be carefully packaged and returned to you in the same condition it was received, apart from the enhanced cleanliness and styling. Rest assured, your hair will be returned looking refreshed and beautifully styled, just as you expect.
Exclusions
Pre-Existing Damage: We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, such as holes, bald spots, glue/adhesive damage, coloring damage, overprocessing, etc, that were present when the item was sent to us. These issues will remain unchanged after our cleaning and styling services.
Accepted Materials
Human Hair Only: We only accept human hair wigs and extensions for our cleaning and styling services. Synthetic wigs will not be serviced.
Inspection of Hair: Upon arrival, if a surplus of synthetic fibers are detected in your hair, the item will not be processed.
Condition of Your Hair
Unacceptable Conditions: We do not accept wigs or extensions that are:
- Wet
- Moldy
- Severely malodorous (smells bad)
- Infested with any kind of growth
- Synthetic
- Damaged beyond repair
- Tracks falling off wig cap
- Excessive shedding
Any items received in the above conditions will be sent back to the sender, and a 70% refund will be issued.
Customer Satisfaction
Contact Us: If you have any concerns or questions about the condition of your wig or extensions upon return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your item. We are here to assist you and address any issues promptly.
