At Perfect Edge Hair, we aim to provide timely, secure, and professional delivery for all your wig and wig maintenance needs.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (included with all orders)
Overnight Shipping: Available after processing
To request overnight shipping, please email us at contact@perfectedgehair.com with your order number after purchase.

Please note: Overnight shipping is not available for immediate delivery and must be requested manually.

📦 Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 business hoursfor tracking to update.
✍️ Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
✅ Insurance Included: All packages are insured to protect against damage, loss, or theft.
🧾 Wig Orders: A completed Wig Purchase Form is required. Orders will be held until the form is submitted. A reminder will be sent.
🏠 Address Requirements: The billing and shipping address must match. No PO Boxes accepted.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the shipping address for sending in your wig.
No drop-offs or in-person pick-ups.
Include your:
- Full name (matching your order)
- Return address on the outside of the package

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “Delivered.”
