Refund policy

At Perfect Edge Hair, we value transparency and exceptional customer service. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order or booking a service.


👩🏽🦱 Wig Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final.
    Due to the hygiene and customized nature of our wigs, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

  • Premade & Customized Wigs.
    All wigs are premade and then custom-colored and styled. We cannot make changes once your order is placed.

  • No Cancellations.
    We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and payment is submitted.

  • Proper Fit Is Your Responsibility.
    Perfect Edge Hair / @Perfectedgehair is not responsible for improperly fitted wigs. Please measure your head accurately before placing an order.


🧼 Wig Maintenance Refund Policy

  • No Refunds After Service is Completed.
    Once your wig or extensions have been serviced and returned, the sale is final.

  • Unserviceable Items:
    If your wig or extensions are:

    • Made of synthetic fibers

    • Have mold

    • Are excessively damaged or unsanitary

    They will be returned unserviced, and you will receive a 70% refund of the original service fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • Order Cancellations (Maintenance Services Only):
    Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once the service has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

  • Submission Timeframe:
    Wigs for maintenance must be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. If not received in that timeframe, your service may be delayed or canceled without refund.


📦 Shipping & Liability

  • Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable.
    If you receive a partial refund for any reason, the original shipping and return costs will be deducted.

  • Shipping Damage or Loss:
    We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during transit. However:

    • All packages are insured

    • Signature is required for delivery

    • Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier


📝 Customer Responsibilities

  • Sending Wigs for Maintenance:
    There’s no need to clean or detangle your wig beforehand. However:

    • Your full name and return address must match your order

    • Including your order number in the package is strongly encouraged

  • Accurate Order Info:
    We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping or billing information. Please double-check your details before submitting.
